Delivery Policy  

We are dedicated to delivering your arrangements with the utmost care and efficiency.   A local delivery fee will be added to each order. The amount of this fee is based on your zip code and area of Miami-Dade County. 

We cannot deliver orders that do not include a recipient phone number; please note that this policy is strictly followed, as we cannot guarantee our delivery service or any repeated attempts of delivery service, without the contact information for the person you are sending your order to.

To ensure that only the very highest quality of flowers is used, all U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon EST for same-day delivery.  Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays.  Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

In the event that a delivery cannot be completed for any reason such as incorrect address, lack of recipient telephone number, recipient unavailable to receive, etc., we will take the following steps:

  • Complimentary delivery attempt will be made during the next business day
  • All additional delivery attempts after that point will be subject to a re-delivery charge
  • If delivery still cannot be made after (3) days, from the initially scheduled delivery day, we will offer  to recreate a new arrangement at 50% of the original price, if so desired
